Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, Liberty Forge will cover applicable replacement shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional charge, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Liberty Forge website, branding, original graphics, website design, text, logos, and other content owned by EFI INC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Liberty Forge intellectual property.
